Mark was amazing! He communicated with me every step of the way. It was a challenge for my family and he made it as easy as possible! It was a great experience, highly recommend. I'd use him again if he didn't help us into our forever home.(: 10/10.

Mark is such a wonderful loan officer! As 1st time home buyers, we did not know what we were doing, where to start, nor who to turn to. When we found Mark, he was able to explain everything from start to finish and when we had concerns about any part of the loan process, he made sure to address them immediately. Although this process was foreign to us, he keep everything in simplest terms so that we could follow along and even learn a thing or two. He treated us like we were more than just another loan opportunity for work; he treated us like we were his friends. Need I also mention, we live in completely different states from Mark yet he managed to keep in touch and communicate with us like we were neighbors. I recommend utilizing him for your mortgage needs 10/10. Great work Mark!
